Five books have been published, one in Dubai,  three in Jordan and in 2023 one in the UK.  

AKAB and IOA have both sold out and are under consideration for new editions. COJ is still available through the publisher and outlets in Jordan and from Peter Lawrence in the UK.

Alcantara ... beyond the Wells is available from the publisher and various outlets in Amman and from Peter Lawrence in UK.  Proceeds from this book have been donated to refugee charities.

In addition Peter produced paintings of wild flowers of Jordan to feature on each chapter page of the 50-year celebration book of the Intercontintal, Amman.  Jordan's first and still a leading 5* hotel.

As award-winning author, Linda Decker, writes at the beginning of the book

This book was conceived under a ceiling of stars in a jasmine-scented garden in Southern Spain.  As the artist and the writer siipped a delicious glass of wine they agreed that Peter would paint and Linda would write about the places, the people and the pleasures of Andalucía.

Two bestselling authors have contributed to the book:

Victoria Hislop has written about the city of Granada and how the city and the region inspired her book, The Return.  

Chris Stewart has written a Foreword to the book based on his experience of living in Andalucía as well as a fascinating historical summary of the region.

Peter's paintings, some of which are illustrated in a separate folder of this website, enhance and illustrate the anecdotal writings of Linda about the places she has come to love in this beautiful area of Spain in and around the holiday villa she owns with her husband, Chris. Their beautiful villa is in the hills close to the white village of Sayalonga.
